Job Summary
Provide basic resident care under the direction of licensed nursing staff, assisting with activities of daily living including feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility. Reposition residents and assist with transfers to promote comfort and prevent injury, while changing linens to maintain clean, safe, and comfortable environments. Observe residents and promptly report changes in condition or concerns to the nursing team, maintaining accurate documentation in accordance with facility policies and regulatory requirements. Ensure all resident health, safety, and personal care needs are met with compassionate, respectful, and supportive care that promotes dignity and independence. Full-time opportunity with $20–$30 hourly pay, $3,000 sign-on bonus, and daily pay. Requires current, active New Hampshire LNA license and primary series COVID-19 vaccine.
Required Qualifications
- Primary series of the COVID-19 vaccine
- Current, active, and unencumbered Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) license in the state of New Hampshire
- Ability to care for multiple residents while maintaining a high standard of quality and compassion
- Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills
