Job Summary
Assist nursing service personnel with patient care activities, including performing ADLs, obtaining clinical data like vital signs and specimens, and recording results in medical records. Manage medication storage, handling, and disposal consistent with policy while maintaining a clean, safe work environment by clearing hallways and managing linen. Answer telephones, assist visitors, and support new co-workers in learning department workflows. Requires Licensed Nursing Assistant certification in NH, BLS, keyboarding skills, and previous hospital experience. Schedule is 36 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
Required Qualifications
- High school graduate
- Licensed Nursing Assistant in the State of NH
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Must demonstrate keyboarding skills
- Familiar with computer use
