Job Summary
Licensed Nursing Assistant I for the Cardiac Intermediate Care Unit (CICU) at SolutionHealth works under an RN to deliver direct and indirect patient care in a 12-hour night shift (7pm-7am) with 36 hours weekly and an every-other-weekend commitment. Responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living, providing personal care and emotional support, performing basic clinical tasks within the LNA scope, documenting in medical records as directed, adhering to infection prevention/universal precautions, maintaining patient privacy and dignity, and collaborating with the health care team to ensure patient safety and quality care. Requires high school level education, NH LNA license, and at least two years of acute care experience; BLS preferred or obtained within 90 days.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Minimum of two (2) years of current experience in an acute care setting required
- Current New Hampshire Nursing Assistant License required
- BLS authorization preferred or obtained within 90 days of date of hire
