Job Summary
Licensed Nursing Assistant in the Cardiac Intermediate Care Unit (CICU) providing direct and indirect patient care under the direction of a Registered Nurse. Assists patients with activities of daily living, supports psychosocial needs, and performs basic clinical tasks within LNA scope. Documents observations in the medical record, follows infection prevention policies, maintains patient privacy, and works as part of a collaborative care delivery team. Schedule is 36 hours per week, days with 12-hour shifts (7am–7pm), three shifts per week, with every other weekend commitment. Requires NH LNA license and at least two years of acute care experience; BLS preferred or obtained within 90 days of hire.
Required Qualifications
- Current New Hampshire Nursing Assistant License required
- BLS authorization preferred or obtained within 90 days of date of hire
- Minimum of two (2) years of current experience in an acute care setting required
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
