Job Summary
Provide fundamental living skills and medical treatment under NH LNA scope; assess and document vital signs (height/weight) and report abnormal findings to the RN/provider; assist with patient intake and discharge procedures as directed by the RN or Medical Provider. Position requires NH LNA licensure with ongoing compliance; responsibilities include performing clinical nursing procedures within the LNA scope, and contributing to a supportive, patient-centered care environment. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- NH Nursing Assistant License (LNA)
- Current BLS certificate preferred
- Two years experience in clinical setting and primary care/ambulatory setting preferred
