Job Summary
Licensed nursing professional (LPN/RN) providing resident care in a Senior Living setting. Perform non-invasive resident treatments and medication administration, assess resident needs, document care using nursing processes, supervise caregivers, and maintain nursing standards. Requires current MT LPN/LVN/RN license, drug screening, background check, CPR/First-Aid readiness, strong communication, time management, and ability to work across multiple shifts (including nights and weekends) in a 100% on-site role. EHR system usage and collaboration with multiple departments to support resident independence and safety.
Required Qualifications
- Current registration as Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Montana
- Must be drug-free and submit to drug screening upon hire and routinely
- Must pass criminal background check upon hire and as required by state regulations
- CPR/First-Aid certification as needed in accordance with company policy and applicable state rules and regulations
- Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, vendors, and the general public
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and perform a variety of tasks, often changing assignments on short notice
- Maintains proper hygiene and professional appearance
- On-site work for the role (100% on-site required)
- Current and unencumbered nursing license in MT (LPN/LVN/RN)
