Job Summary
Perform non-invasive resident treatments, administer medications, and assess resident needs while documenting care through charting by exception. Supervise caregivers during shifts, respond to door alarms to deter elopement, and observe residents for safety changes. Maintain medication cart integrity and utilize resident lifts as required. This full-time role at Silver Creek Inn includes MON-THURS coverage from 6AM-2PM, with hourly pay between $30 and $34 dependent on experience. You must hold a current Arizona LPN license, pass criminal and drug screenings, and obtain CPR/First-Aid certification.
Required Qualifications
- Current registration as Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the State of Arizona
- Must be drug-free and submit to drug screening upon hire and routinely
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check upon hire and as required by state regulations
- Must have ability to gain CPR/ First-Aid certification as needed in accordance with company policy and applicable state rules and regulations
- Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, vendors, and the general public
- Must possess an upbeat, positive, flexible, and enthusiastic personality
- Must be congenial with fellow employees, residents, and the public at large
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
