Licensed Nurse (RN or LPN)

Obtain and administer prescribed medications, treatments, injections, and enemas while monitoring catheters and providing wound care. Take vital signs to detect deviations, observe residents for significant conditions, and record reactions to drugs or treatments. Notify appropriate parties of changes in resident condition or incidents, and keep families and physicians informed of health updates. Modify care plans, directives, and flow sheets based on resident condition changes. Provide bedside care and Activities of Daily Living support. Requires current unencumbered Oklahoma LPN or RN license with at least one year of Skilled Nursing or Long Term Care experience. Available for overnight shifts on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
