Licensed Nurse (RN or LPN)

Obtain and administer prescribed medications and treatments, observe residents, and record significant conditions or reactions. Take vital signs to detect deviations, modify care plans and flow sheets, and provide bedside care including injections, enemas, wound care, and sample collection. Notify appropriate parties of changes in resident condition or drug reactions and keep families and physicians informed. Requires current unencumbered Oklahoma RN or LPN license with one year of Skilled Nursing or Long Term Care experience. Full-time overnight, weekend, or evening shifts.
