Licensed Nurse (RN or LPN) 3-11 Monday thru Friday

Obtain and administer prescribed medications and treatments while observing residents to record significant conditions and reactions. Take vital signs to detect deviations, notify parties of changes, and modify care plans, directives, and flow sheets based on resident status. Provide bedside care, including injections, enemas, wound care, and catheter monitoring, while keeping families and physicians informed of health updates. Maintain unencumbered Oklahoma RN or LPN licensure with at least one year of experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care environment.
