Job Summary
Integritus Healthcare seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide nursing care to residents, documenting patient status, administering medications, and ensuring safety. Responsibilities include basic nursing care, teaching health information, managing patient admissions and transfers, as well as ensuring adequate supplies. A sign-on bonus is available for both full-time and part-time positions, and career advancement opportunities are provided.
