Job Summary
Provide nursing care to memory-care residents as part of the Madison House Resident Services team. Administer medications, perform non-invasive resident treatments, assess resident needs, and document nursing processes. Supervise on-shift caregivers, respond to safety alarms, ensure resident rights, and maintain standards of nursing conduct. Requires active LPN/LVN/RN license in Washington; able to pass drug screening and background check; CPR/First-Aid certification as needed. This 100% on-site role is based in Kirkland, WA.
Required Qualifications
- Current registration as Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the State of Washington
- Must be drug-free and submit to drug screening upon hire and routinely
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check upon hire and as required by state regulations
- Must have ability to gain CPR/ First-Aid certification as needed in accordance with company policy and applicable state rules and regulations
- Licenses, Certifications, & Education Required: Current and unencumbered license to practice professional nursing as Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN), or Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of employment
