Job Summary
Provide basic nursing care to residents at an East Longmeadow Memory Care Assisted Living community, including tasks such as checking blood pressure, catheter insertion, and patient comfort measures. Document ongoing assessments and nursing interventions, collaborate with the care team to meet resident needs, and support memory care residents with individualized care plans within a large post-acute health system. Positions available on-site across multiple MA/CT locations; benefits include PTO, health insurance, 401(k), and professional growth opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Nurse (LPN/RN)
- Per-Diem Position Available
- License to practice nursing in MA or CT
- BLS/CPR certification preferred (implied by standard nursing roles)
- Experience in memory care or long-term care settings preferred
