Job Summary
Engage with 100% warm transfer leads from motivated homebuyers and refinancers, consulting borrowers to understand needs and present loan options. Use advanced CRM and AI-driven tools to qualify and close loans quickly while collaborating with in-house processors and underwriters for fast closings. Build long-term relationships for future referrals and repeat business, meeting or exceeding monthly sales goals and conversions. This role requires an active NMLS license, minimum five active state licenses, and one year of recent mortgage loan origination experience. Applicants must reside in states other than California and work Monday through Friday, 3pm to 12am EST. Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of recent mortgage loan origination experience
- Active NMLS license
- Minimum 5 active state license
- Must meet all Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System & Registry (NMLS) requirements
- Understanding of mortgage regulatory guidelines
- Ability to accurately structure and price loans
- High-speed internet
- Cable or Fiber ONLY connection
- Ability to connect via Ethernet
- Minimum speeds: 70/30 Mbps (basic)
- 200-300/35-70 Mbps (shared)
- 500-1,000/100+ Mbps (heavy use)
- Schedule: Monday - Friday, 3pm - 12am EST
- Not residing in California
