Job Summary
Coordinate and deliver individualized mental health and substance abuse treatment plans for youth in residential care; provide ongoing evaluation, assessment, and counseling to youth and families under clinical supervision; facilitate individual, group, and family therapy; document treatment progress through weekly notes, treatment plans, reviews, and aftercare planning; develop discharge and aftercare plans; assess family dynamics and implement intervention strategies; collaborate with leadership on compliance and performance improvements; participate in daily activities with youth and direct care staff; maintain professional standards and pursue training and development opportunities; perform other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, rehabilitation, special education, or a related human services field
- Active LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or Licensed Psychologist
- Experience with Behavioral Analysis (preferred)
- Ability to pass background check and drug screen
Additional Requirements
- Must pass state criminal background check requirements
- Must be able to actively engage with youth, transport clients, and participate in physical interventions if needed
- Valid state driver’s license
- Flexibility to work irregular hours as needed
