Job Summary
Licensed Mental Health Therapist providing outpatient individual and family therapy in a collaborative, multidisciplinary setting. Conduct culturally sensitive assessments, develop crisis/safety/wellness plans, participate in case consultations and discharge planning, and ensure timely documentation and billing. Role supports growth through supervision and ongoing professional development within a team including psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, and administrative staff; offers a structured compensation range and a commitment to equitable practices across the Transformations Care Network.
Required Qualifications
- Possess a master’s or doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.
- Must hold a current and active professional license (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LCP) in Virginia and/or Maryland or be eligible for licensure by the time of hire.
