Job Summary
Licensed Mental Health Therapist role supporting outpatient individual and family therapy within a multidisciplinary team. Responsibilities include conducting culturally sensitive assessments, delivering tailored outpatient therapy, developing crisis and safety plans, participating in case consultations and discharge planning, ensuring timely billing and documentation, and collaborating with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, and staff to provide holistic mental health care. Requires a master’s or doctoral degree in a related field and an active PA license (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT) or eligibility by hire. Required Qualifications
- Possess a master’s or doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.
- Must hold a current and active professional license (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT) in Pennsylvania or be eligible for licensure by the time of hire.
