Licensed Mental Health Therapist in the Westlake/Austin area to diagnose and treat mental health disorders and provide psychotherapy across the general spectrum of mental healthcare conditions. Collaborate with an integrated care team to coordinate care and provide crisis intervention when needed. Flexible scheduling with a hybrid work model: three days onsite and two days via telehealth, with potential for more in-person time upfront as caseload grows. Use measurement-based care to track outcomes and inform treatment plans; EMR experience required to maintain up-to-date records. Responsibilities include conducting comprehensive assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering evidence-based psychotherapeutic services.
