Job Summary
Provide outpatient individual and family therapy, conducting culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments and developing crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary clinical team and participate in case consultations, agency meetings, discharge planning, and ensure timely billing, documentation, treatment plans, and insurance authorizations. Embrace a holistic approach to care with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, and administrative staff to support client well-being. Requires a master's or doctoral degree in a related field and an active PA professional license or eligibility by hire. Required Qualifications
- Master’s or doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field
- Must hold a current and active professional license in Pennsylvania or be eligible for licensure by the time of hire
