Job Summary
Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join New Directions Mental Health (Transformations Care Network). Provide outpatient individual and family therapy; conduct culturally sensitive assessments; develop crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans; participate in case consultations, meetings, and discharge planning; ensure billing and documentation; collaborate with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, and administrative staff to deliver holistic mental health care. Requires master's or doctoral degree in related field and active PA license or eligibility. Compensation highlights include base range and benefits such as medical/dental/vision, 401K, and domestic partner coverage. Required Qualifications
- Master's or doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field
- Current and active professional license in Pennsylvania or eligibility for licensure by time of hire
