Licensed Mental Health Therapist (Virtual) with LMHT credentials and master’s-level licensure, eligible to join Headway’s network to launch or grow a private practice and start taking insurance. The role emphasizes credentialing across states, built-in compliance and EHR tools, access to a nationwide insurance network (Medicare Advantage/Medicaid), and predictable bi-weekly payments. Headway provides free credentialing in multiple states, in-network billing support, and continuing education via Headway Academy to help therapists grow their practice and serve clients through covered insurance.
Required Qualifications
- Fully-licensed Mental Health Therapist at Master’s level or above with licensure such as LMHC, LPCMH, LIMHP, LMFT, LMFTS, LCMFT, LPC, LPCC, LCPC, LCPCS, LPCC-S, LCSW, LICSW, or LCSCW (state-licensure accepted on a state-by-state basis)
- Valid NPI number
- Malpractice insurance
- Willingness/ability to launch or grow a private practice and to accept insurance with Headway
