The role emphasizes starting to accept insurance, credentialing across multiple states (free credentialing in 30 days), and growing an in-network private practice with Headway’s support, including built-in EHR, scheduling, secure messaging, and CEU opportunities. Responsibilities include launching/growing the practice, getting credentialed, accepting insurance through Headway’s network, leveraging the platform’s tools (end-to-end documentation templates, built-in assessments), and receiving bi-weekly payments. Required Qualifications
- Fully-licensed Mental Health Therapist with LMHC, LPCMH, LIMHP, LMFT, LMFTS, LCMFT, LPC, LPCC, LCPC, LCPCS, LPCC-S, LCSW, LICSW, or LCSCW licensure (state-accepted)
- valid NPI number
- malpractice insurance
- Master's level or above education
- ability to launch or expand a private practice
- experience with accepting insurance and in-network with plans (Medicare Advantage and Medicaid)
