Job Summary
Virtual Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join Headway's network. You will help clients access care by leveraging in-network insurance, credentialing across multiple states, and Headway’s platform features. Responsibilities include growing or launching a private practice, accepting insurance, obtaining and maintaining licensure, managing credentialing processes, and delivering therapy via virtual sessions. You must be a fully licensed mental health professional at the Master’s level or higher with one of the listed licensure types (e.g., LMHC, LPCMH, LIMHP, LMFT, LMFTS, LCMFT, LPC, LPCC, LCPC, LCPCS, LPCC-S, LCSW, LICSW, LCSCW), have a valid NPI, and malpractice insurance. The role emphasizes building a practice with insurer networks, staying compliant with ongoing resources, and utilizing Headway’s built-in tools (EHR, scheduling, secure messaging, documentation templates, assessments) to deliver care, while also benefiting from frequent bi-weekly payments and access to CEUs through Headway Academy. Note: Headway currently cannot support providers who aren’t fully licensed. “Free credentialing in multiple states in as little as 30 days” and the ability to see covered clients are highlighted benefits.
