Job Summary
Deliver weekly telehealth therapy sessions to individuals across behavioral health conditions using evidence-based approaches like CBT, the Unified Protocol, and modalities such as ACT, DBT, and EMDR. Track patient progress via digital assessments and collaborate with psychiatrists and fellow therapists for integrated care while maintaining documentation in our AI-enabled, HIPAA-compliant EMR. Opt into specialized tracks including Suicide Prevention, Teen Therapy, and Intensive Outpatient Programs. Commit to a minimum of 9 hours of availability per week across at least 2 days. This 1099 contractor role offers steady referrals, free CEUs, and malpractice coverage within a model where 86% of patients experience meaningful improvement within 12 weeks.
Required Qualifications
- Master's or Doctorate in Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work
- Active independent license (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LPC, LCPC, LICSW, LISW, PsyD, PhD)
- 2+ years experience delivering CBT and other evidence-based therapies to adults
- Experience with telehealth or online therapy
- Comfortable treating diverse populations across behavioral health conditions
- Tech-comfortable and open to digital tools in care delivery
- Ability to commit to a minimum of 9 hours of availability per week across at least 2 days

- Experience with higher-acuity populations and/or adolescents
- Multi-state licensure
