Job Summary
Provide evidence-based outpatient therapy to individuals and families, including culturally sensitive assessments and tailored treatment planning; develop crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans; participate in case consultations, discharge planning, and agency meetings; collaborate with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, and staff to deliver holistic mental health care; ensure timely billing, documentation, and insurance authorizations; support the clinical team and ongoing professional development while delivering high-quality care in a multidisciplinary environment.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s or doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field
- Current and active professional license (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT) in Pennsylvania or eligible for licensure by the time of hire
- Commitment to ongoing professional development
- Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary team
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients and families
- Ability to manage time effectively and complete documentation and administrative tasks efficiently
