Job Summary
Licensed Mental Health Therapist delivering telehealth and in-person therapy to individuals, couples, and families. Must hold a CA license as LMFT, LCSW, or LPC with a valid NPI. Work autonomously with schedule flexibility; providers arrange in-office space if offering in-person care. Role supports a nationwide provider network with admin support for credentialing, billing, claims, and EHR. Emphasis on consistent standards of care, measurement-informed outcomes, and engaging clients around clinical measures during visits. Remote/online sessions are supported, with in-person options available in Rapid City, SD; collaboration and access to case consultations, CEU courses, and professional development are provided to strengthen clinical impact. Responsibilities include delivering high-quality behavioral health services, documenting care, and utilizing tools and guidance to track outcomes and demonstrate impact.
