Job Summary
Manage a caseload of individual, couples, family, and child clients while facilitating group therapy services across outpatient clinics, residential treatment, and supportive housing sites. Provide evidence-based, trauma-informed therapy and conduct diagnostic assessments to develop individualized treatment plans. Coordinate care with internal teams and external providers, participate in clinical supervision, and respond to crises professionally. Complete all clinical documentation in accordance with state and federal standards while collaborating with interdisciplinary staff to integrate mental health services into broader community engagement activities. This part-time or full-time role supports RS EDEN's mission to create thriving communities for justice-involved individuals and those impacted by substance use disorders.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling, Clinical Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution
- Current and unrestricted Minnesota licensure as an LICSW, LP, LMFT, or LPCC
- Valid driver's license with a clear driving record
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Committed to maintaining confidentiality and professional boundaries
- Successfully undergo and pass a criminal history background check
- Successfully pass a driver record screen (DMV check)
Desired Qualifications
- Significant progress toward unrestricted Minnesota licensure as an LICSW, LP, LMFT, or LPCC
- Strong clinical experience: background working people engaged in supportive housing, impacted by substance use disorders, and/or justice-involved individuals preferred
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to engage individuals from diverse backgrounds impacted by systemic barriers
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and make sound clinical decisions
- Skilled in collaboration and team-based care aligned with RS EDEN's mission and values
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using multiple electronic record/database systems
- A passion for providing community-based services
