Job Summary
Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new clients and families, providing tailored outpatient individual and family therapy based on unique needs. Develop comprehensive crisis plans, safety plans, relapse prevention plans, and wellness plans to support stable functioning. Actively participate in case consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning while ensuring timely billing, documentation, and insurance authorization. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, and fellow therapists to deliver holistic mental health care. This role offers a $2,500 hiring incentive for qualified candidates who provide supervision to associate-level clinicians.
Required Qualifications
- Possess a master's or doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.
- Must hold a current and active professional license in Washington State or be eligible for licensure by the time of hire.
- Passionate about mental health and committed to providing high-quality care.
- Dedicated to ongoing professional development in mental health including continuing education.
- Eager to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance client care.
- Strong commitment to ethical practice and maintaining confidentiality.
