Job Summary
Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new clients and families while providing tailored outpatient individual and family therapy. Develop comprehensive crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans to support stable functioning. Actively participate in case consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning to enhance client care. Ensure timely completion of billing, documentation, treatment plans, and insurance authorization forms. Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, and administrative staff to deliver holistic mental health services. This role offers a $2,500 hiring incentive for supervision of associate-level clinicians and includes a base compensation range of $56–$67 per billable unit.
Required Qualifications
- Possess a master's or doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.
- Must hold a current and active professional license in Washington State or be eligible for licensure by the time of hire.

- Dedicated to ongoing professional development in mental health including continuing education.
