Licensed Mental Health Therapist - Remote

Licensed Mental Health Therapist for remote private practice via Headway platform; must hold a Master’s-level license (LMHC, LPCMH, LIMHP, LMFT, LMFTS, LCMFT, LPC, LPCC, LCPC, LCPCS, LPCC-S, LCSW, LICSW, or LCSCW) with a valid NPI number and malpractice insurance. Responsible for launching or growing a private practice by accepting insurance, credentialing across multiple states, and servicing clients through an in-network model. Includes built-in EHR, scheduling, secure client messaging, end-to-end documentation templates, and provision of CEUs via Headway Academy. Pays via bi-weekly cycles; eligible to work with plans including Medicare Advantage and Medicaid; must be fully licensed to be eligible to apply. Must be prepared to launch or expand a practice, accepting insurance, and operating within Headway’s network to reach clients efficiently.
