Job Summary
Conduct live therapy sessions for adults, couples, and teens via remote video platforms. Manage a caseload comprising 70% insurance clients and cash-pay patients while maintaining autonomy over clinical decisions. Deliver sessions from a private, professional environment with reliable internet access. Maintain full licensure as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LMHC, or Psychologist with three years of independent counseling experience. Adhere to a flexible schedule set by the therapist, earning between $43 and $70 per hour with weekly payments and no overhead fees. Required Qualifications
- LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LMHC, Licensed Professional Counselor, or Psychologist / PsyD
- 3+ years of mental health counseling experience
- Master's or Doctorate in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or Marriage & Family Therapy
- Fully independent license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LMHC, etc.) and can provide therapy without supervision
- A private and professional environment for conducting sessions
- Excellent written communication
- Must have professional liability insurance
- Reliable Internet connection
- Currently residing in the US
- Licensed in California (to qualify for the $1,000 First Client Bonus)
- Must be able to see their first client within 30 days of submitting their application
- Not an intern
- Not requiring supervision to provide therapy services
- Not a substance abuse counselor
- Not a school counselor
- Not a registered nurse
- Not a career counselor
- Not a Christian counselor
- Not a business coach (unless they have an additional license as a mental health counselor)
