Job Summary
Part-time Licensed Mental Health Therapist (PT/W-2) provides individual and family therapy for adults and adolescents with flexible scheduling (mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends) and potential for full-time; responsibilities include conducting comprehensive assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, delivering weekly individual and/or family sessions, documenting in HIPAA-compliant EMR (inSync) within 24 hours, coordinating with families and multidisciplinary teams, and adhering to COMAR and CARF standards. Requires Master's in a behavioral health field and an active Maryland LMSW/LGPC/LGMFT license, proficiency with EMR, CAQH, malpractice insurance, CPR/First Aid, background checks, and a Maryland driver license with reliable vehicle. Location: Waldorf, MD; remote option: hybrid.
Required Qualifications
- Master's in a behavioral health field (social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy)
- Active Intermediate License to practice in the State of Maryland as an LMSW, LGPC, LGMFT
- Proficient with technology / Electronic Medical Records systems
- Provide pdf of Maryland CAQH profile/application
- Active Malpractice Insurance
- Active First Aid and CPR
- Pass criminal and child protective services background checks
- Active Maryland driver’s license & reliable personal vehicle
