Job Summary
Provide in-person therapy services to adolescents and young adults in a virtual setting, focusing on building strong client relationships through group sessions of up to eight members. Integrate multiple modalities such as DBT, CBT, and EMDR, with MI certification as a plus, while collaborating with the Admissions & Assessment team to develop case perspectives. Maintain a steady caseload with predictable weekly schedules, requiring availability for evening sessions to meet client needs. Work remotely from Peabody, Massachusetts, with flexible part-time or full-time hours.
Required Qualifications
- Independent license in Massachusetts
- LMHC license
- Master's degree in mental health or related field
- On-Site in Peabody, Massachusetts office
- Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM
- W-2 employment classification
- Experience with youth/young adults
- Availability between 12-40 hours/week
- Familiarity with cloud-based tools (Gmail, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox), EMR, and outcomes software
- Ability to provide services to adolescents and young adults in a virtual setting
- Evening availability
- Collaborative, creative, and engaging on video
- Committed to self-care and addressing the rural mental health crisis
