Job Summary
Provide in-person therapy services to adolescents and young adults in a virtual setting, focusing on building strong relationships and delivering sustainable healing with a maximum of 8 clients per group. Integrate multiple modalities including DBT, CBT, and EMDR, while participating in case discussions to leverage team expertise. Maintain a collaborative, creative, and engaging presence on video with evening availability to meet client needs. Work within a dedicated operational support structure that handles administrative complexities, ensuring predictable weekly schedules and steady caseloads.
Required Qualifications
- Independent license in Massachusetts
- LMHC license
- Master's degree in mental health or related field
- On-Site in Peabody, Massachusetts office
- Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM
- W-2 employment classification
- Independently licensed mental health clinicians ONLY
- Availability between 12-40 hours/week depending on part-time or full-time W2
- Familiar with cloud-based tools (Gmail, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox), EMR, and outcomes software
- Provide services to adolescents and young adults in a virtual setting
- Part-time or full-time W-2 availability
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with teens and young adults
- Well versed and confident integrating multiple modalities (DBT, CBT, EMDR, MI certification a plus)
- Passionate and skilled in group services
- Collaborative, creative, and engaging on video
- Available evenings to meet client needs
