Job Summary
Deliver in-person therapy services to adolescents and young adults in a virtual setting, managing caseloads of up to eight clients per group to foster deep, sustainable healing. Integrate multiple modalities including DBT, CBT, and EMDR, with MI certification preferred, while collaborating with admissions and assessment teams to ensure consistent care. Maintain availability for evening sessions to meet client needs, utilizing cloud-based tools and EMR systems for case management. This role supports Charlie Health's mission to expand access to personalized behavioral health treatment for teens and young adults, offering flexible part-time or full-time schedules with dedicated operational support.
Required Qualifications
- Independent license in Massachusetts
- LMHC license
- Master's degree in mental health or related field
- Independently licensed mental health clinicians
- On-Site in Peabody, Massachusetts office
- Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM
- W-2 employment
- Full-Time Salary: (base + bonus) $80,000-$90,000
- Part-Time Rate: $54-$66/hour
- Minimum 12 hours/week
- 40 hours/week
- Evening availability
- Availability between 12-40 hours/week
- Familiar with cloud-based tools (Gmail, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox), EMR, and outcomes software
- Provide services to adolescents and young adults
- Provide services in a virtual setting
- Available evenings to meet client needs
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with teens and young adults
- Well versed and confident integrating multiple modalities (DBT, CBT, EMDR, MI certification a plus)
- Passionate and skilled in group services
- Collaborative, creative, and engaging on video
- Committed to self-care and addressing the rural mental health crisis
- Experience with youth/young adults highly preferred
