Job Summary
Deliver in-person therapy services to adolescents and young adults in a virtual setting with a maximum of eight clients per group. Integrate multiple modalities including DBT, CBT, and EMDR, while collaborating on case discussions to develop new skills and perspectives. Build strong, sustainable client relationships through consistent weekly schedules and steady caseloads supported by a dedicated admissions team. Maintain availability for evening sessions to meet client needs and utilize cloud-based tools and EMR systems for care delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Independent license in Massachusetts
- LMHC license
- Master's degree in mental health or related field
- On-Site in Peabody, Massachusetts office
- Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM
- W-2 employment classification
- Independently licensed mental health clinicians
- Availability between 12-40 hours/week
- Familiarity with cloud-based tools (Gmail, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox), EMR, and outcomes software
- Experience with youth/young adults
- Passion and skill in group services
- Collaborative, creative, and engaging on video
- Availability of evenings to meet client needs
- Commitment to self-care and addressing the rural mental health crisis
- Agreement to Privacy Policy
- Agreement to Terms of Service
- Agreement to receive SMS messages from Charlie Health regarding application
Desired Qualifications
