Job Summary
Provide in-person therapy services to adolescents and young adults in a virtual setting with a maximum of 8 clients per group. Integrate multiple modalities including DBT, CBT, and EMDR, while leveraging case discussions and the Admissions & Assessment team for support. Build strong client relationships through collaborative, creative, and engaging video sessions. This role requires an independent Massachusetts license (LMHC) and a Master's degree, with evening availability for full-time positions. Candidates must be experienced with teens and young adults, skilled in group services, and familiar with cloud-based tools and EMR systems.
Required Qualifications
- Independent license in Massachusetts
- LMHC license
- Master's degree in mental health or related field
- On-Site in Peabody, Massachusetts office
- Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM
- W-2 employment classification
- Independently licensed mental health clinicians
- Availability between 12-40 hours/week
- Familiarity with cloud-based tools (Gmail, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox), EMR, and outcomes software
- Ability to provide services to adolescents and young adults in a virtual setting
- Evening availability
