Job Summary
Provide in-person therapy services to adolescents and young adults in a virtual setting, with a maximum of 8 clients per group to foster deep, sustainable healing. Integrate multiple modalities including DBT, CBT, and EMDR, while leveraging a full Admissions & Assessment team for operational support. Participate in case discussions to collaborate with peers and develop new clinical perspectives. Maintain consistent weekly schedules with predictable caseloads, with evening availability required for full-time roles. Work within a team focused on connecting people to life-saving behavioral health treatment from the comfort of home.
Required Qualifications
- Independent license in Massachusetts
- LMHC license
- Master's degree in mental health or related field
- On-Site in Peabody, Massachusetts office
- Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM
- W-2 employment classification
- Independently licensed mental health clinicians
- Availability between 12-40 hours/week
- Familiarity with cloud-based tools (Gmail, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox), EMR, and outcomes software
- Ability to provide services to adolescents and young adults in a virtual setting
- Evening availability
- Agreement to Privacy Policy
- Agreement to Terms of Service
- Agreement to receive SMS messages from Charlie Health regarding application
