Job Summary
Provide in-person therapy services to adolescents and young adults in a virtual setting, managing a maximum of eight clients per group to foster deep, sustainable healing relationships. Integrate multiple therapeutic modalities including DBT, CBT, and EMDR while collaborating with the Admissions & Assessment team and participating in case discussions to leverage collective expertise. Maintain consistent weekly schedules with predictable caseloads, utilizing cloud-based tools and EMR systems to deliver personalized behavioral health care from the comfort of home.
Required Qualifications
- Independent license in Massachusetts
- LMHC license
- Master's degree in mental health or related field
- On-Site in Peabody, Massachusetts office
- Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM
- W-2 employment classification
- Independently licensed mental health clinicians
- Availability between 12-40 hours/week
- Familiarity with cloud-based tools (Gmail, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox), EMR, and outcomes software
- Ability to provide services to adolescents and young adults in a virtual setting
- Evening availability
