Job Summary
Provide in-person therapy services to adolescents and young adults in a virtual setting, building strong relationships within groups of up to eight clients. Integrate multiple modalities including DBT, CBT, and EMDR, with MI certification as a plus. Collaborate with the Admissions & Assessment team and participate in case discussions to leverage collective expertise. Maintain availability for evening sessions to meet client needs while utilizing cloud-based tools and EMR systems. Positions are open for part-time (minimum 12 hours/week) or full-time (40 hours/week, including evening availability) schedules.
Required Qualifications
- Independent license in Massachusetts
- LMHC license
- Master's degree in mental health or related field
- On-Site in Peabody, Massachusetts office
- Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM
- W-2 employment classification
- Independently licensed mental health clinicians
- Availability between 12-40 hours/week
- Familiarity with cloud-based tools (Gmail, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox), EMR, and outcomes software
- Ability to provide services to adolescents and young adults in a virtual setting
- Evening availability
