Job Summary
Provide in-person therapy services to adolescents and young adults in a virtual setting with a maximum of eight clients per group. Deliver care using modalities such as DBT, CBT, and EMDR, while collaborating on case discussions to develop new skills. Build strong client relationships through in-depth work focused on sustainable healing. Maintain availability between 12 and 40 hours per week, including evening slots as required for full-time roles. Integrate multiple therapeutic approaches while demonstrating comfort with cloud-based tools and EMR systems.
Required Qualifications
- Independent license in Massachusetts
- LMHC license
- Master's degree in mental health or related field
- On-Site in Peabody, Massachusetts office
- Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM
- W-2 employment classification
- Independently licensed mental health clinicians
- Availability between 12-40 hours/week
- Familiarity with cloud-based tools (Gmail, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox), EMR, and outcomes software
- Ability to provide services to adolescents and young adults in a virtual setting
- Evening availability
- Agreement to Privacy Policy
- Agreement to Terms of Service
- Agreement to receive SMS messages from Charlie Health regarding application
