Job Summary
Deliver in-person therapy services to adolescents and young adults in a virtual setting, managing caseloads with a maximum of eight clients per group. Integrate multiple modalities including DBT, CBT, and EMDR, with MI certification as a plus, while collaborating with admissions and assessment teams for case discussions. Maintain availability for evening sessions to meet client needs and utilize cloud-based tools and EMR systems for documentation. Work full-time (40 hours) with required evening availability or part-time (minimum 12 hours) with flexible scheduling.
Required Qualifications
- Independent license in Massachusetts
- LMHC license
- Master's degree in mental health or related field
- Independently licensed mental health clinicians
- On-Site in Peabody, Massachusetts office
- Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM
- W-2 employment
- Full-Time Salary: (base + bonus) $80,000-$90,000
- Part-Time Rate: $54-$66/hour
- Minimum 12 hours/week
- 40 hours/week
- Evening availability
- Availability between 12-40 hours/week
- Familiar with cloud-based tools (Gmail, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox), EMR, and outcomes software
- Provide services to adolescents and young adults in a virtual setting
- Available evenings to meet client needs
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with teens and young adults
- Passion for group services
- Well versed and confident integrating multiple modalities (DBT, CBT, EMDR, MI certification a plus)
- Collaborative, creative, and engaging on video
- Committed to self-care and addressing the rural mental health crisis
- Experience with youth/young adults highly preferred
