Job Summary

Provide in-person therapy services to adolescents and young adults in a virtual setting, leveraging modalities such as DBT, CBT, and EMDR. Build strong client relationships within groups of up to eight individuals while participating in collaborative case discussions with the clinical team. Maintain a steady caseload with predictable weekly schedules, with full-time availability including evenings and part-time flexibility between 12 and 40 hours per week.

Required Qualifications

  • Independent license in Massachusetts
  • LMHC license
  • Master's degree in mental health or related field
  • Independently licensed mental health clinicians
  • On-Site in our Peabody, Massachusetts office
  • Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM
  • W-2 employment
  • Full-Time Salary: (base + bonus) $80,000-$90,000
  • Part-Time Rate: $54-$66/hour

  • Familiar with cloud-based tools (Gmail, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox), EMR, and outcomes software
  • Available evenings to meet client needs

  • Collaborative, creative, and engaging on video
  • Experienced with teens and young adults
  • Passionate and skilled in group services
  • Well versed and confident integrating multiple modalities (DBT, CBT, EMDR, MI certification a plus)
  • Consistency: predictable weekly schedules and steady caseloads
  • Support: Full-time Admissions & Assessment team
  • Collaboration: All clinicians participate in case discussions
  • Client Relationships: maximum of 8 clients in a group
  • Free CEUs: Ongoing professional development

Desired Qualifications

  • MI certification a plus
  • Experience with youth/young adults highly preferred
