Job Summary

Deliver in-person therapy services to adolescents and young adults in a virtual setting, managing caseloads of up to eight clients per group. Integrate multiple therapeutic modalities including DBT, CBT, and EMDR, while collaborating with the Admissions & Assessment team and participating in case discussions. Maintain strong client relationships through engaging video sessions and in-depth work focused on sustainable healing. Work full-time (40 hours/week) with required evening availability or part-time (minimum 12 hours/week) with flexible scheduling. Utilize cloud-based tools and EMR systems to support care delivery. Join a team dedicated to expanding access to meaningful behavioral health treatment for teens and young adults.

Required Qualifications

  • Independent license in Massachusetts
  • LMHC license
  • Master's degree in mental health or related field
  • Independently licensed mental health clinicians
  • On-Site in our Peabody, Massachusetts office
  • Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM
  • W-2 employment
  • Full-Time Salary: (base + bonus) $80,000-$90,000
  • Part-Time Rate: $54-$66/hour
  • Minimum 12 hours/week
  • 40 hours/week
  • Evening availability
  • Availability between 12-40 hours/week depending on part-time or full-time W2
  • Familiar with cloud-based tools (Gmail, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox), EMR, and outcomes software
  • Provide services to adolescents and young adults in a virtual setting
  • Provide services to adolescents and young adults in a virtual setting
  • Positions available as part-time or full-time W-2
  • Available evenings to meet client needs

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience with teens and young adults
  • Well versed and confident integrating multiple modalities (DBT, CBT, EMDR, MI certification a plus)
  • Passionate and skilled in group services
  • Collaborative, creative, and engaging on video
  • Experienced with youth/young adults
  • Committed to self-care and addressing the rural mental health crisis
  • Experience with youth/young adults highly preferred
  • MI certification a plus
