Job Summary
Provide in-person therapy services to adolescents and young adults in a virtual setting, with a maximum of 8 clients per group to foster deep, sustainable healing. Integrate multiple modalities including DBT, CBT, and EMDR, while collaborating with the Admissions & Assessment team and participating in case discussions to develop new skills. Work Monday through Friday with flexible scheduling options ranging from 12 to 40 hours per week, including evening availability as required. Maintain consistent weekly schedules and steady caseloads while utilizing cloud-based tools and EMR systems.
Required Qualifications
- Independent license in Massachusetts
- LMHC license
- Master's degree in mental health or related field
- On-Site in Peabody, Massachusetts office
- Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM
- W-2 employment classification
- Independently licensed mental health clinicians
- Availability between 12-40 hours/week
- Familiarity with cloud-based tools (Gmail, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox), EMR, and outcomes software
- Ability to provide services to adolescents and young adults in a virtual setting
- Evening availability
- Agreement to Privacy Policy
- Agreement to Terms of Service
- Agreement to receive SMS messages from Charlie Health regarding application
