Job Summary
Provide in-person therapy services to adolescents and young adults in a virtual setting, utilizing modalities such as DBT, CBT, and EMDR. Build strong client relationships within groups of up to eight members while participating in collaborative case discussions with the care team. Maintain steady caseloads with predictable weekly schedules, with full-time roles requiring evening availability. This role supports Charlie Health's mission to expand access to personalized behavioral health treatment for teens and young adults. Candidates must hold an independent Massachusetts license and possess experience working with youth populations.
Required Qualifications
- Independent license in Massachusetts
- LMHC license
- Master's degree in mental health or related field
- On-Site in Peabody, Massachusetts office
- Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM
- W-2 employment classification
- Independently licensed mental health clinicians ONLY
- Availability between 12-40 hours/week depending on part-time or full-time W2
- Familiar with cloud-based tools (Gmail, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox), EMR, and outcomes software
- Provide services to adolescents and young adults in a virtual setting
- Available evenings to meet client needs
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with teens and young adults
- Well versed and confident integrating multiple modalities (DBT, CBT, EMDR, MI certification a plus)
- Passionate and skilled in group services
- Collaborative, creative, and engaging on video
- Experienced with youth/young adults
- Committed to self-care and addressing the rural mental health crisis
