Job Summary
Deliver in-person therapy services to adolescents and young adults in a virtual setting, utilizing modalities such as DBT, CBT, and EMDR. Build strong client relationships within groups of up to eight individuals while collaborating on case discussions with the clinical team. Manage a steady caseload with predictable weekly schedules, maintaining availability between 12 and 40 hours per week depending on part-time or full-time status. Work from our Peabody, Massachusetts office during standard business hours or evening shifts as required.
Required Qualifications
- Independent license in Massachusetts
- LMHC license
- Master's degree in mental health or related field
- On-Site in Peabody, Massachusetts office
- Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM
- W-2 employment classification
- Independently licensed mental health clinicians
- Availability between 12-40 hours/week
- Familiarity with cloud-based tools (Gmail, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox), EMR, and outcomes software
- Experience with youth/young adults
- Passion and skill in group services
- Collaborative, creative, and engaging on video
- Availability of evenings to meet client needs
- Commitment to self-care and addressing the rural mental health crisis
- Agreement to Privacy Policy
- Agreement to Terms of Service
- Agreement to receive SMS messages from Charlie Health regarding application
Desired Qualifications
- DBT certification

- Experience with teens and young adults
