Job Summary
Provide in-person therapy services to adolescents and young adults in a virtual setting, building strong client relationships through group sessions of up to eight members. Integrate multiple modalities including DBT, CBT, and EMDR, with MI certification preferred. Collaborate with the Admissions & Assessment team and participate in case discussions to leverage expertise for sustainable healing. Maintain availability for evening sessions to meet client needs while utilizing cloud-based tools and EMR systems. Work full-time (40 hours/week) or part-time (minimum 12 hours/week) with predictable weekly schedules and steady caseloads.
Required Qualifications
- Independent license in Massachusetts
- LMHC license
- Master's degree in mental health or related field
- On-Site in Peabody, Massachusetts office
- Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM
- W-2 employment classification
- Independently licensed mental health clinicians ONLY
- Availability between 12-40 hours/week depending on part-time or full-time W2
- Familiar with cloud-based tools (Gmail, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox), EMR, and outcomes software
- Provide services to adolescents and young adults in a virtual setting
- Part-time or full-time W-2 availability
