Job Summary
Provide in-person therapy services to adolescents and young adults in a virtual setting, building strong relationships within groups of up to eight clients. Integrate multiple modalities including DBT, CBT, and EMDR, with MI certification as a plus. Collaborate on case discussions to leverage team expertise and maintain consistent, predictable weekly schedules with steady caseloads. Maintain availability for evening sessions to meet client needs while utilizing cloud-based tools and EMR systems.
Required Qualifications
- Independent license in Massachusetts
- LMHC license
- Master's degree in mental health or related field
- On-Site in Peabody, Massachusetts office
- Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM
- W-2 employment classification
- Independently licensed mental health clinicians
- Availability between 12-40 hours/week
- Familiarity with cloud-based tools (Gmail, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox), EMR, and outcomes software
- Experience with youth/young adults
- Passion and skill in group services
- Collaborative, creative, and engaging on video
- Availability of evenings to meet client needs
- Commitment to self-care and addressing the rural mental health crisis
- Agreement to Privacy Policy
- Agreement to Terms of Service
- Agreement to receive SMS messages from Charlie Health regarding application
