Job Summary
Provide in-person therapy services to adolescents and young adults in a virtual setting using modalities such as DBT, CBT, and EMDR. Participate in case discussions with the clinical team to leverage expertise and develop new skills. Build strong relationships with clients in groups of eight or fewer to create sustainable healing. Maintain availability for evening sessions to meet client needs while adhering to a consistent weekly schedule. This role supports Charlie Health's mission to connect the world to life-saving behavioral health treatment by focusing on people with complex needs from the comfort of home.
Required Qualifications
- Independent license in Massachusetts
- LMHC license
- Master's degree in mental health or related field
- Independently licensed mental health clinicians
- On-Site in Peabody, Massachusetts office
- Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM
- W-2 employment
- Full-Time Salary: (base + bonus) $80,000-$90,000
- Part-Time Rate: $54-$66/hour
- Minimum 12 hours/week
- 40 hours/week
- Evening availability
- Availability between 12-40 hours/week
- Familiar with cloud-based tools (Gmail, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox), EMR, and outcomes software
- Provide services to adolescents and young adults
- Provide services in a virtual setting
- Available evenings to meet client needs
- Collaborative, creative, and engaging on video
- Committed to self-care and addressing the rural mental health crisis
- Experience with youth/young adults
- Passionate and skilled in group services
- Well versed and confident integrating multiple modalities (DBT, CBT, EMDR, MI certification a plus)
